Journal, diary, dream notebook. The pages are bound, NOT stapled. You can insert, remove, or swap individual pages. The front and back pages are glued to the cover.

A very light notebook, with a string attached to the spine with a small bottle that can be filled with a loose substance, e.g., sand. I am including one spare bottle, in case the cork gets damaged.
